By purchasing from Death By Decaf, you agree to the following:
1. Final Sale
• All items are FINAL SALE. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations under any circumstances, except in the rare case of a damaged item upon arrival (see Return Policy).
2. Handmade Items
• Each item is handmade with care. No two pieces are identical.
• Slight variations and unique imperfections are part of the nature of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
3. Shipping & Responsibility
• Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
• Any shipping issues after dispatch must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
4. Agreement
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
